Guitar music to Guitar Tab: Notes Not showing correctly. Help!
Hello,
I'm trying to fix a score here to Tab and am having difficulty because musescore keeps incorrectly identifying the wrong pitches... not sure how to fix this.
See measure 8.
It is now seeing the measure 8 (open 5th string or A string) as the A string or 5th string pressed down on the 10th fret and there is nothing I can do to change it ...
I stopped trying to fix things after that as it just seemed to buggy.
It didn't happen earlier in the score
Any solutions greatly appreciated! Really want to fix this score for a friend if I can

The open A (5th) string pressed down on the 10th fret is a G, as notated in the treble clef staff.

In this instance playing the open G (3rd) string would suffice. To change strings, click on the TAB number and type Ctrl+↑ twice (each time will move up by a string).

You may also wish to get rid of the dual TAB numbers for any shared noteheads. A guitarist would not actually finger those enharmonic shared noteheads (in the treble clef staff) by using different strings (in the TAB).
