Notes Sounding higher?
The notes on my scores are sounding 2 or 3 octaves higher than they should, and the temp marking is way too fast for the actual marked tempo? I dont know if its something i did, or just a bug

I would try Help>Revert to factory settings.
Be sure your sound system is set to sampling rate of 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz
