Unable to create a new score

I can't figure out if I'm missing something obvious or this is a bug, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to create a new score. The File menu only has two options which leads me to believe this is a bug.

I just installed MuseScore 4 for the first time, Version 21275 (1587). Running on an m1 macOS v13.5.2 (22G91).

Your screenshot shows the MuseScore.com website. To create a new score, launch the application that you downloaded - i.e. the program, on your Mac.
