Changing keys to flats

Hi there, has anyone experienced Musescore putting your transposed score in silly keys?

I am trying to change the song "wuthering heights" by kate bush from A major (3#) to Ab (4 flats), but the system decided to put every note with a sharp accidental.

Has anyone got a solution for this?
