Remember where you've saved them.
If you've saved them locally then they are in .../documents/MusescoreX/Scores (X = version number) and maybe in the hidden folder .mscbackup.
If you've saved them in the Musescore cloud login there and download them.
If you make a backup regularly, you should find something there.
If they were never saved, then they are lost.
If none of these apply, then you should provide more details.
