Multiple measure rests
Where do I find how to enter multiple measure rests in MS 4? The kind with two end bars, a horizontal line, and a number above the horizontal line?

Menu path: Format > Style ... > Rests > Multibar [Multi-measure] Rest > > enable checkbox
After that, you can toggle multibar rests on and off with the keystroke M.
