make score smaller
I have a few questions
- How can I "squash" staves together to make a score fit onto an A4 page
- Same for the parts
- How can I make the space between the bottom stave and the copyright larger? you will see on some of the parts when the copyright is large that it will be too close to the lyrics on say a vocal part
- On the Alto Sax part on the attached score the arranger details are doubled up?
- Also the copyright is on both pages on the Alto Sax part but I had already set the copyright on the score to only be on page 1?
thanks Mike

Simplest is to reduce the scaling in Format>Page settings. But look here for other adjustments https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/formatting
1 You have to set the page size to A4 (Format >Page settings). Next you have to shrink everything to fit on that page so (staying with Format >Page settings) reduce the scaling a click to 1.364.
2 Parts will pretty much follow without much intervention
3 Several ways, but one of the reasons that small print is called "small print" is because the print is small. Check with your publisher (which might be yourself, of course) and reduce the font size.
4 There is probably a rational explanation but life is too short. I just reset the part and the duplicate disappeared.
5 I think that the fix for 4 may have also fixed 5

And see here for how to control where the copyright notice appears https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/header-and-footer
