High pitch noise when playing d3 and d3# note

I thought I was going crazy when listening to the playback of a song I notated. I was getting a weird sound, similar to feedback. Turns out this is exclusively due to the d3 and d3# note. When clicking on it, a high pitch feedback sound is produced. Other d-notes don't produce the same sound. I am using Musescore Basic sounds for feedback, and the problem goes away when switching to other Muse Sounds. However, when using MuseSounds, some of the notes will not play during playback. I have tested this on multiple machines.

Anyone having the same issue?
