Learning codas
I am trying to learn how to use a coda to jump to another place in the music. In this sample I have a “Chorus” of four measures, and then a “Verse” of two measures, followed by the alternate ending for the chorus, to be played the last time through. I am trying to set it to play the chorus and the verse two times through, and then when it plays the chorus the third time it should just play the first two measures and then jump from where it says “To Coda” to the alternate ending where the coda is at the end of the score. I have set the Play Count to 3 for the measure with the repeat.
When the program plays the piece, it plays the first two chorus-verse lines through as intended, but on the third time through, instead of jumping to the coda, it plays the entire thing through, adding the coda onto the end. How do I get it to actually jump from the “To Coda” to the coda?

"To Coda" only works in conjunction with "D.C. al Coda" or "D.S. al Coda"; never alone!
So: set "Play count" in measure 6 back to '2' and apply a "D.C. al Coda" in measure 6.

Yes, that worked. Thanks again for all your help.
