Changing measures per line/page breaks.

I'm making a rather lengthy piece with too many measures to fit on two pages. However, there are only four measures on the third page, and it looks ugly. I'm trying to figure out how to change the measures per line to fill the third page. I looked it up, and it said to select the "change measures per line" plugin, but there isn't one there. I checked for updates, and still none. Is there a setting I'm missing?

If you want more specific help come back and attach your score (the .mscz file) so that someone can see what settings you currently have and which adjustments to them may be useful.
