MS 4.2 Beta: detached bend line and arrow in tablature

This gif pretty speaks itself:

I don't remember how I created this, and strangely enough a copy and paste won't recreate the problem, even when pasting to a new score. Seems specific to this project file.
Sadly the project file can't be inspected in a text editor, or I may have a better clue of what had happened.
