Short Instrument Name bug
I have two lines of single-line percussion, when I use "Change instrument" on both percussion line on the same measure, it works as intended, but not until I rename the short instrument name. If I rename the short instrument name on the first percussion line, the second percussion line's instrument changed to the first percussion line's one. And the short instrument name I typed which supposed to be on the first percussion, became the second one, while the first one remain unchanged.
What I meant, for example:
Snare Drum -> (Change Instrument) Tam-tam
Cymbal -> (Change Instrument) Shaker
No problem in changing instrument under same measure;
Tam-tam -> (rename) Perc.1 Tam-t.
Shaker -> (rename) Perc.2 Shaker
became:
Tam-tam -> (un-rename) Tam-tam
Shaker -> Perc.1 Tam-t. + Instrument changed to tam-tam as well.
Found a workaround afterwards, if I change both instruments on seperate measure, it works totally fine, but that's assumed if I have an empty measure before the exact measure I wanted to have instrument changes.

I can't tell if you are using the text palette IE Text>Change instrument method. Short name that I choose, stayed correct for me.

Yes, all my methods are following exactly what musescore is intended to use, so yes I grabbed the "Change Instrument" from the text palette.
An unlisted youtube link of what I mentioned, happened in another score I'm working on:
