Not globally, as this would hide all tempo markings.
But you can use "Selection -> More ..." on a tempo marker and then select "Same measure". Press "v" to make them invisible. If it is over several measures, select the measures and use "in Selection".
If you want to hide everything in the score, just use "Select -> All similar elements".
By the way: In MuS 3 there is only one plug-in to set these tempo changes. And all resulting markings are hidden by default.
