[0.9.6 regression] Noteheads far from stem in demo score

There is a blank space between noteheads and stems. See attached PDF.

In the latest revisions the note head stem position is taken from the lilypond font file. This should work for all supported note heads (see testfile noteheads.mscz).
I cannot reproduce this on latest version. Please try again because I changed the implementation (rev. 2398?).

Bug still present for me on r. 2400 nightly, Windows XP.

Bug becomes more noticeable the smaller the scaling. It only affects up-stem notes and is not visible at the default scaling.

Go to Layout > Page Settings and decrease the scaling on any score to see the detached stems.
