You can’t - unfortunately there isn’t one in MS4. Use your operating system’s screen capture tool, or a graphics program which will give you more options for editing.
Unfortunately MU4 dropped this tool. Responses are mixed: some on the MU team maintain that any OS's native screen capture tool can work just as well (or better) than MuseScore 3's camera tool. This gives me the impression that adding it back for MU4 isn't a high priority for some of the developers. Don't know.
For my work, the old Image Capture tool was incredibly useful and fast--exactly what I needed it to be. Sounds like many others say the same. I'm torn: so incredibly thankful and still in awe that I get to use MuseScore for free--such an incredible app, but also frustrated that my favorite feature was dumped. I eventually just got rid of MU4 and went back to MU3 solely for the image capture feature.
