I was going to offer advice, but, on second thoughts, ... Google it.
This forum is not an official support page for MuseScore.com and it is wrong for them to direct you here when you are having online problems. If you have a notation or engraving problem with the software however, happy to help.
Scores that are "saved by cloud" are on musescore.com. This is musescore.org. Although the two are connected (in a business sense), support for the things they support is not. Read How and where to ask for support
So I googled musescore error 302. That produces a long list of posts about this error. Many of which give the "google it" answer. Not helpful. If you don't have a good answer consider not answering.
I have spent some time on the .com site trying to figure out why so many people end up here, only to not be helped. They are not "sent" here by anyone. To get help on .com often requires an email, which may or may not get answered. At the bottom of one long list is an entry that says help for the MuseScore software is available on .org. New comers have no idea that there are two different domains. Nor do they care at that moment. So they go the route that seems faster.
You could suggest that, in this case, they could go to their account on .com and download it from there.
Just read and follow the advice: google "error 302". 1st hit is it.
Nobody said to google "musescore error 302", as this is not a musescore issue at all.
