Welsh vowel sounds in special characters

Please could you add the following characters to allow lyrics in the Welsh language to be possible?
Y and y - with a circumflex
W and w - with a circumflex
Y and y - with a diaeresis
W and w - with a diaeresis

  • Y and y - with a diaeresis are part of the Commons symbols part of the dialog that shows when using the Enter special characters button
  • Y and y and W and w - with a circumflex are part of the Unicode symbols part of the dialog that shows when using the Enter special characters button, under Latin Extended-A, (Y - with a diaeresis too)
  • W and w - with a diaeresis are part of the Unicode symbols part of the dialog that shows when using the Enter special characters button, under Latin Extended Additional, but apparently not in Edwin
