Autosave files?

Hey, so I was working on the third movement of my symphony and it crashed when I was pretty far through. I did not lose that much but I would like to try to get it back, I tried everything and checked everywhere, but nothing is working. Then I saw that I had autosave on- to save every five minutes, but I do not know where to access them. My autosaves are not in my backups folder, not in my scores folder, and I even checked if they were hidden. Can anyone help, please?
