The file.mp3 contains only a few seconds of music

What is the parameter I should adjust ?

Does the score run correctly when you start it in MuseScore?
As far as I know, there are no parameters that have an influence on this.

"The score runs perfectly in MuseScore but the mp3 file of 1,7Mo plays '4-5 seconds, the input/output buffer is set at 43096."

  1. I think that perhaps your input/output buffer is set at 4096 (not 43096)?
  2. I am puzzled, because on my Windows 10 system I can export the MP3 file - but with a larger file size of 2.8Mb. This MP3 file plays right through the score with a duration of 03:03

OS: Windows 10 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64,
Windows sample rate: 24-bit 44100 Hz

MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.2.1-240230937, revision: d757433
MuseScore MP3 Export: Sample rate = 44100 Hz and Bitrate = 128 kBits/s
MuseScore Edit > Preferences > I/O > Audio Buffer size : 1024
