Change colour of instrument names while out of focus

Hi,
Is it possible to change colours on the instrument names when you aren't at the beginning of your score?
I prefere to use continuous view, and if you're in the middle of your score the instrument names are in a light blue-ish colour to the left.

I like that it's there, but it can sometimes be little difficult to see for me. So i would like to make them a bit more visible.
