Corrupted File That Won't Open

I am trying to get into a score that I made a while ago I can't open it in MuseScore 4 or 3.6.2. When I open the score in MuseScore 4 this is what I see.... File “” is critically corrupted and cannot be processed. When I try to open it in MuseScore 3.6.2 all I see is a blank white paper and nothing loads. I've looked on the forum already for a solution and I personally don't understand the instructions that were provided to fix the problem.

Can someone please help?
