In the time of what, a quarter note?

Yes. 4/4 time.
Don't you mean a triplet? A quarter note becomes three eighth notes and then two of those become sixteenths? I guess you could call it a triplet or a sextuplet, but most musicians would understand it as a triplet.

I attached a file to show you an example of how i want it as a full measure and how I want it as that sextuplet.

Select the quarter note.
Add tuplet / Sextuplet.
Fill in the remaining 16th notes.
Select the first 16th note and press W.

Another way to do the same thing:
1) Press N to activate note entry mode.
2) Press 5 to make a quarter note be the current duration.
3) Press Ctrl+6 to set a sextuplet. You'll see six 16th notes and the current duration will have changed to a 16th note.
4) Press 4 to set the current duration to be an 8th note.
5) Type E, then type Shift+E to create the first, eighth-note chord.
6) Press 3 to set the duration back to a 16th note.
7) Type D, then Shift+D to create the second, sixteenth-note chord.
Continue with the rest of the chords.
