Crazy Octave thing

So I loaded up a score I had been working on and when I went to listen to it, everything was like triple tempo and like 3 octaves too high and I thought I might have done something but it happened to all of my other scores too. So I'm not sure if I did something and they got corrupted or its something simple or what but I'd like some help.
