Would like to transpose a simple lead sheet - but force it to a flat key, not a sharp key

I have a simple lead sheet that is written in Em. I want to transpose it down to Ebm (including the chord symbols). When I transpose the chart, it transposes to D#m. Is there a simple way to force it to transpose to Ebm?
