Instrument Change problems in 4.2.1

Please see the attached. If I write a part that changes from Soprano Sax to Tenor Sax (and back again), the transposition is wrong in the score or the parts, depending on the approach used. If I use Add -> Text -> Change Instrument, the part is notated in the wrong register in the score and also sounds wrong when played. If I use the Text Pallette, the part is notated wrong in the part (the tenor part is written an octave higher than it sounds).

The staff for the piano has the notes that were played. The file is attached.
