BUG: Shortcuts for "Insert Measure at End of Score" and "Format Text: Bold" Do Not Work on Mac
On MuseScore 4.2 for Mac, pressing ⌘B (Cmd B) inserts measure at end of score instead of format text: bold. The shortcut ⌥⇧B (Opt Shift B) is supposed to insert measure at end of score but does not do anything.
Comments
I am having the same issue Dec. 2024 on MuseScore Studio 4.4.4 with Opt Shift B not working. A workaround is to change it to something else, for example Opt Shift M. However, after doing so, if you change it back to Opt Shift B it will go back to not working again.
According to the Handbook:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/all-keyboard-shortcuts
[Ctrl]+B or [Cmd]+B is mapped to "Insert one measure at end of score"
This works on PC
[Opt][Shift]+B is supposed to insert "measures" at end of score. The equivalent on a PC is [Alt][Shift]+B and, yes, this does nothing on my system either.

Yes, when I was using Windows I had no problem with Alt+Shift+B. This appears to be a Mac-specific bug.
