Bug with ties

In the attached file we have a held note in vocals with tempo change, in general these always stop sounding much earlier than they're supposed to

Edit: It's interesting to note that in this particular case the bug occured when the Tempo Change > Amount was set to 10% but not when at the default 75%; perhaps it could have to do with how long the note would have to be held for
