changing tempo to specific bpm
I just want to change tempo. Did it once before, so it should be easy

Select a measure or a note and go to the tempo palette. Click on an icon there and the tempo marker will be set in your score on the top staff. Finally, edit the number and change it to the desired value.
You can do this for every note or measure for which you require a different tempo.
