Start with new score
- Edit > Preferences
- Mark "Start with new score
- Restart MuseScore
Expected behavior: MuseScore starts with the "new score wizard". Either that or a blanks score that can be edited.
Actual behavior: MuseScore starts with blank tab. Create > Instruments doesn't appear to actually add instruments to the score.
(Tested using r.2411 nightly, 0.9.5 stable, and 0.9.4 stable, Windows XP. Bug present in all these versions)

The blank screen can be edited. After adding an instrument you forgot to add an measure with Ctrl+b.
Oh! I see.
It might be a good idea to add one bar automatically so you can see the new instrument on the score.
In rev. 2413 one measure is automatically created to make an instrument visible.
