How to add vibrato for vibraphone?
I know that the vibrato worked for pretty much everything in Musescore 3, but I've fiddled around with the vibrato in Musescore 4 and it doesn't seem to want to work with the vibraphone. I want the vibraphone to sound like it has the motors on. How do I do that?

Try the tremolo options on the tremolo palette. You'll probably want the "through stem" choice, but experiment with the "between notes" choice as well. At least enough to know what it does, and that it isn't (or is) the sound you want.
@MineBloxKy is looking doe N effect similar to there Leslie variable speed rotary speaker horn, most famously applied to a Hammond B3.

I don't have insight for a MuseScore 4 solution ... but wanted to clarify that true tremolo isn't a solution.
I'd say the best option sound-wise would be to just add reverb. If there are parts of the song where you want to not have the motor sound, have a second vibraphone instrument. Of course, if you are printing sheet music for actual players, don't print that.
