chord symbols still don't transpose

I see from searching for this that some version of this has been an issue for a while.
Problem: chord changes which appear correctly for clarinet/sop sax in score appear in concert key (untransposed) when part opens. Notes transpose OK.
Solution: copy-paste from score into part (kind of tedious)
