Distancing notes and elements.
I remember that MuseScore has a shortcut or even a plugin so that we can make the distance between notes and elements uniform or at least improve.
Could you please tell me which shortcut, tool or plugin for this job?

From the main menu, click Format / Style. There is not a single setting for all elements. Instead each type of element has its own setting for how far it should be from other elements, sometimes even different distances for different elements.
The default settings are pretty good distances, but if you want to change something, go exploring in Format / Style.
