Lost Files
I've recently updated Musescore 4 and lost all my scores that were saved to my desktop.
I've looked in all places where the files might be and no luck.
Is there a way to retrieve them?

I'm sure they're still where they've always been. Update from which version? From MuS 3 or an earlier MuS 4 version?
Use File / Open or the file manager of your operating system - Windows Explorer or Mac Finder and navigate to your Documents folder. There you should find folders like "MuseScore3" or "MuseScore4" which have a subfolder "Scores". And this is where the files you are looking for are located if you are using the default settings of the MuseScore program.

Thanks for the reply.
I've updated from earlier Mus4 version. Tried the document finder and folders and still nothing. They were there, then closed Mus4, re-opened before installing update and they weren't there. It's a mystery!
