Is MuseScore>Preferences>Shortcuts>Define broken on MacOS?

Is Define Keyboard Shortcut broken on MacOS?

I can't click or Tab into the New Shortcut field. Thus I can't define a new shortcut via the dialog.

It seems the only resort is to edit the shortcut the XML file.
