Musecore 4 Record buttom

I just downloaded Musecore 4 again and set up my midi input for my imitone all went well.
I started a project but found there is not a RECORD button. Where is IT.
It is not on the transport next to the playback button.

MuseScore has never had a Record button because it has never been able to record anything.

Rewind. Play/Stop. Loop. Metronome. Playback Settings. And then the indicators for time, measure/beat, and tempo.

Not much different than it ever has been.
