Score not playing

I'm not sure what it is, but I downloaded Musescore yesterday and made a score that was able to play. But today, it doesn't progress when I press play. When I place notes on the staff, it doesn't play sound either. I use a Windows11 computer and have my volume up. Could anyone help?
