Instruments over Two Pages?

Hi! Does anybody know how I can change my instruments and/or pages so that the instruments take up two or more pages instead of just one? I'm making a large orchestra piece, and when I print the sheets out, because I have a lot of instruments, it's quite difficult to see. If anyone knows how to do this, I'd be really grateful!
