How to add trill explanation above the trill/turn symbol?

First time asking here. As the title says, how do I add a precise trill explanation above the trill/turn symbol like at the end of the second line in the example? I can add the trill/turn symbol with no issue, but I can't find a way to add the small staff snippet with the exact notes and fingering above the symbol.
