Solo and Ensemble use of purchased scores for adjudicator

I am an educator with 19 students participating in solo and ensemble. We are to show purchased music to judge during adjudication with measures numbered. Since I paid for all 19 pieces of official music scores, can I make a judges folder for the adjudicator to refer to during performance and return to me directly after performance?
