Musescore 4 has no sound when playing sheet music.

Hello, I'm posting this question here, because I wanted to solve a problem with Musescore 4, the problem is the following, when I press the score to play the following happens:

-> Playback needle does not move;
-> Notes are not highlighted;
-> The sounds of musical notes are not played;
-> When adding musical notes the sound of the note is not played;

It turns out that these problems do not occur in Musescore 3.

In the video, the first program that appears in the video (in addition to Clipchamp, used for recording) is Musescore 4 and then Musescore 3 appears.
