"Marker Repeat" seems broken following earlier repeated section

In the attached mscz file (theme from "Casey Jones") if you put the 'loop markers' (the flags) at the start, say bars 3 and 4 it works fine, but if you move them to 9 and 10 the loop position seems to be shifted back two bars.

I would suggest that this is due to very short repeat in bars 5 & 6 as the position is correct if you remove that repeat.

Note: this version was created by a friend of mine so it isn't copyrighted. It was also created in Sibelius not MuseScore but seems to play correctly.
