Adding credential
I would like to add copyright and other information to my score that I have already started scoring. Where can I add this information, as I don't see it indicated under the "Text" options.

Copyright information is most commonly included in a footer. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/header-and-footer
You can either use a meta tag $C (upper case) to have the copyright text that is present in the project properties added to the first page or $c (lower case) to have it added to all pages. Or you can just type copyright text into the footer and have it added to all pages.
The project properties can be added either in the new score wizard when creating a new score or any time after that from the File menu. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/project-properties
