According to the RepairAssistant plugin, you have problems in measures 107, 108, 113 and 114. All on staff #8, voice 2, where 2/4 is expected but you have in there a half note rest and a quarter note rest that adds up to 3/4. Plus you have these little bitty pieces of arpeggio symbol on multiple instruments. Mozart is moving around down there.

Something went wrong with voice 2. It seems like it's due to an automated process, like saving it from a MIDI file to mscz or something like that. I don't think they did anything intentional to cause that result.

The file must contain a meta tag indicating import from midi. It is missing, so most likely the extra rest appeared as a result of some actions in Musescore. But I couldn't reproduce it.
