Feature: General Transposition

Hello,

MuseScore offers a switch between transposing pitch and concert pitch. This is not only useful for editions but also for composing (as it saves you the trouble to compose in transposing instruments).

But if we consider repertoire for all kinds of bands we tend to have a preference for Bb instead of C (this is to an extend that most modern wind instruments that are actually used in bands are in Bb or Eb transposition.

To some extent we could say that in this music the standard pitch is not C, but Bb. But this raises a problem with concert pitch: If say a piece is in (notated) F minor the concert pitch will for example give us Eb minor (or D♯ minor), which is not particularly straightforward.

So I have been wondering if it could be reasonable to somehow include a setting for the transposition of concert pitch, so that one could use a uniform transposition for all instruments.
