Corruputed Score
On trying to save my score, I keep on receiving an error message saying "This score has become corrupted and contains errors". The error is apparently that the flute has an incomplete bar where it should be 4/4, but is instead 5/4, but it isn't in 5/4, it just has 4 crotchet rests. I have tried deleted this bar, but it just comes up with the same message for the new bar 31. Is there any way to fix this and keep my score safe? Thank you for any help.

Is it the flute staff in the main score or in the flute Part? If it's only in the part then goto Parts, find the flute and click on the three dots off to the right and select Reset.

That same thing happened to me yesterday. It’s honestly pretty scary. I spent a while trying to fix it and realized I needed to reset the parts, as whenever I fixed a corruption in the part it reappeared in the score.
