Im unable to play any score
The button is grey at all times making it impossible to play. Clicking single notes also doesn't make any sounds. Other programs are working just fine

It is not, that I dont hear anything. I simply cannot click playback button. I restored factory settings, synthesizer is disabled, Im not mentally restrained to not be able to check if my damn speakers are not connected. As I said before, this is not an issue.

which admittedly is a generalized response (e.g., mentions what you call "damn speakers").
Still, it can be useful if those suggestions are followed.
For example, you missed this (#9):
"Be sure to say which version of MuseScore (Help→About) and what operating system you are on, what audio devices you are using, and what settings you see in Edit→Preferences→I/O after doing the revert to factory settings as per suggestion 2 above."
