How to delete unwanted pages of text and pictures prepended to a musical score?
A score I'm using starts with several pages of text and graphics which are absolutely useless. I just want to read one part out of the score - the music only. I have deleted all the text and graphics from the 5 pages of preliminary drivel, but all 5 blank pages remain. How do I get rid of them?

Okay, but you might be left with empty frames (which formerly contained that text and those graphics). If you do not intend to insert brand new text and/or graphics, delete the now empty frames.
See:

Make sure that these three menu options are enabled, so that you can see any layout elements which need to be deleted:
View > Show > Show invisible
View > Show > Show formatting
View > Show > Show frames
