Arpeggio too slow?

If my memory serves me right, arpeggios used to be a lot quicker. I know about Properties>Playback>Spread delay, it barely makes a difference. I've included a manual 'fix' to get the playback right. Afaict you can't get this sound with just putting an arpeggio on a dotted half note.

If I'm wrong and there is some way to achieve this effect, I'd be happy to hear about it. Otherwise this is a bug report / feature request.
