I simply can not login to my account with the right password, and the reset password is not sending emails to either my old or new email.
Devices
- Laptop [ Currently logged in ]
- New Android Tablet [ Can't log in to the musescore app ]
Problem:
- I suspect you have a very corrupted database.
How it went:
- Downloaded app on tablet
- Decided I wanted to use a different email
- Went to settings on laptop
- Tried changing email to k-a@tutamail.com
- Looked like a success
- Attempted to login on tablet:
-- tried k-a@tutamail.com
-- tried kill-animals
-- tried old email akiva@linux.com
- Nothing worked
- setup k-a@tutamail.com as a google account
- Logged in via google "k-a@tutamail.com", but now it has no subscription, and is an entirely new account
- Logged out
- Went back to settings
- My email went back to the OLD email on its own
- When I try to change it, I can't get the password right ( Even though I know it for sure )
- I try to reset my password

-- k-a@tutamail.com - goes to dashboard, no email sent
-- kill-animals - goes to dashboard, no email sent
-- "atosreintarsentaroeinta" < put in intentional gibberish, says account not found
I dont know what to do.
