Both hands/clefs play in unison

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to automatically make both hands/clefs play in unison?
I write ragtime pieces, and they usually begin with an introduction consisting of 4 measures where the right and left hand play the same notes, is it possible to do this automatically?

I'd really appreciate help with this.

EXACTLY the same notes? on one keyboard? Really?

Do you mean they play the same notes but in different octaves. If so, copy and paste from one stave to the other. Select the copied notes and use CTRL+Down arrow to move them down an octave - or CTRL+Up arrow to move them up an octave.

If they really are exactly the same notes, then just write them on one stave to be played by one hand. No need for two fingers on the same note.
